To place an order, first add your desired products to your cart by clicking the ‘Add to cart’ button. Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, you can proceed to checkout. Fill in your personal, delivery and payment information and click the ‘pay’ button. You will receive a confirmation e-mail or text shortly after. It’s as simple as that!
You can pay through Cash on Delivery, Credit Card on delivery and Online Payment through Credit/Debit Cards, Alfa Wallet.
No we do not, we are delivering only in Clifton and DHA at the moment. However, we will soon be delivering all over Karachi.

Delivery of your order depends on the given area of delivery. We do try our best to deliver on the same day, however, it will be deliver on the next day after the confirmation e-mail.

Depends on the order amount and area of delivery. Additionally, you can also visit any of our branches to return the product.
Your return process must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, after 3 days we are unable to process any returns.
Order status can be checked through the ‘My Orders’ page in your account. Additionally, you can even contact Springs on the provided numbers and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you
