Make your own muesli with this mix of barley, oats, rye, wheat flakes, pumpkin and sunflower seeds - just add your favourite fruit, nuts or even chocolate chips. It has barley flakes, oat flakes, rye flakes, wheat flakes, pumpkin seeds (10%), sunflower seeds (9%). Waitrose Muesli Base is high in fibre with no added sugar.
